We are now looking for additional telephone operators and customer service representatives. We are looking for you who want to become the world's best telephone operator! Are you a service-oriented and social person who is not afraid of the phone and can listen and type at the same time? Then we have the job for you!

Job Responsibilities

During your workday, you will answer incoming calls from various industries. The computer is your primary work tool, which requires you to be a proficient computer user and have an aptitude for learning new systems.

We are looking for someone who has...

A smile that can be heard over the phone. The courage to ask when you don't understand. A positive personality with lots of energy. We believe you are an attentive, calm, positive, and outgoing person who enjoys working in customer service. You should be organized, stress-resistant, and able to remain friendly even in the most pressured situations. You have a good ability to juggle multiple tasks and maintain focus even during periods of high workload.

To succeed (experience and requirements)...

You do not need previous experience as a telephone operator; it is an advantage but not a requirement. You need to enjoy talking on the phone, as it is our primary work tool.

If you have experience from the service industry and are accustomed to customer contact and speaking with customers, you will both enjoy the job and likely excel at it. Often, you need to be able to LISTEN and TYPE at the same time.

The position also requires proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. Since we have many customers with international contacts, it is very important that you speak and understand English.

To succeed, you should be comfortable talking to anyone on the other end of the line. You have fast typing skills and can manage listening and typing simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Good knowledge of English, primarily spoken, as many customers speak English when they call.
  • At least a high school diploma or other suitable education, or equivalent work experience.
  • Good computer skills and fast typing speed.

You will receive training in our programs as well as in conversation techniques, which will help you gather information and perform your job in the best possible way.
